Most of the people who visit Sweden learn the Swedish word “Fika” [feekah]. It can be defined as a coffee break when you have something sweet, for instance a cookie, on the plate. Swedish people just LOVE their “Fika”… 
Since the 19th century, it has been a well-known tradition in Sweden, to have “7 kinds of cookies” on the table when you have guests. It is not a rule but it sees more like an etiquette.
For the next 7 following days I will publish a new Swedish cookie recipe, for each day. I hope you will get inspired too, to bake these tasty, sweet, little darlings…
